It was supposed to write frequently.But , I coulden’t. I was so busy with my job and my trips. I participated in a one-month course in the Netherlands about human and Development rights.It caused alot of changes in my attitude about these issues. I used to watch the human rights through the women rights,but in this course I found that I should look at the issues more wider and consider all aspects of matters.Development is a positive term and has positive meaning. All of the developing countries are trying to reach it. But what I found is that development and human rights are in opposit lines sometimes. There are alot of development projects which ignore the human rights to reach their goals.Now,there is a question in my mind,How can we have both development and human rights with each other in the same time?Should we always choose one of them when we are in dilemma or there is a third way?
